PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Section 19 contains a BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT and a CLASS ACTION WAIVER that affect how disputes between you and us are resolved. Section 17 limits our liability. Section 12 contains important safety terms about a game played in the physical world.
YEET BOX — TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: August 18, 2026 Last Updated: August 18, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and YEET BOX LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("YEET BOX," "the Agency," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the YEET BOX mobile application, any related websites, and all associated services (together, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service — or by tapping "Accept," "Continue," or an equivalent control — you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- 1. You must be at least 13 years old. There are no exceptions. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service, and any account you create will be terminated.
- 2. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the review, consent, and ongoing supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use of the Service. Age is self-attested at sign-up; we rely in part on Apple's own parental-control tools (Screen Time, Ask to Buy) as an additional layer, and we will adopt any further verifiable parental consent mechanism required by law in a given jurisdiction.
- 3. Parents and guardians: by permitting a minor to use the Service, you acknowledge that YEET BOX is a game played in physical public spaces among people the minor has personally accepted as in-game friends, you accept the risks described in Section 12, and you agree to supervise accordingly.
- 4. You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction, and must not be located in, or a national or resident of, a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, nor listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- 5. You must not previously have had an account permanently banned, and you must not create an account to evade a suspension or ban.
3. Your Account
- 1. Registration. Accounts are created with a verified phone number via SMS one-time passcode. One account per person; one verified phone number per account.
- 2. You are responsible for your account. Keep control of your phone number, device, and Recovery Code. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you. Notify us immediately at support@yeetbox.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
- 3. Display names. Your display name ("alias") is globally unique, 3–20 characters, letters, numbers, and underscores only. It may not be obscene, hateful, harassing, impersonating (including of us, the Agency, Apple, or any other person or brand), deceptive, or in violation of anyone's rights. We may reclaim, reset, or reassign any display name at any time. Name changes are limited to once every 30 days; a released name is quarantined for 90 days before anyone may claim it.
- 4. Recovery Code. You are issued a Recovery Code once, at sign-up. We store only an irreversible hash of it — we cannot recover or look it up. If you lose access to your phone number and have neither your Recovery Code nor a verifiable Apple purchase receipt, your account cannot be recovered and its contents are permanently lost. This is a deliberate security design that protects you against SIM-swap account theft. Save your Recovery Code.
- 5. No transfer. Accounts are personal to you. You may not sell, rent, lend, gift, trade, or transfer an account, a display name, points, or items, and you may not buy or accept a transferred account. Any such account is subject to immediate termination without refund.
- 6. Multi-accounting. You may not operate multiple accounts. Sign-ups are limited to three per device per rolling 30 days.
4. Licence and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, and in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and the Usage Rules in Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.
You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- 1. Cheat, exploit bugs, or gain any unfair advantage; use bots, scripts, macros, automation, emulators, modified or unofficial clients, or any tool that interacts with the Service other than the unmodified App;
- 2. Spoof, replay, relay, clone, amplify, jam, intercept, or otherwise tamper with Bluetooth signals, tokens, or proximity detection, or use hardware to extend or fake proximity;
- 3. Falsify, intercept, or manipulate any data sent to or from our servers, or attempt to write game state by any means other than normal play;
- 4. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this limitation;
- 5. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, integrity attestation, rate limits, cooldowns, age gating, blocks, suspensions, or bans;
- 6. Access the Service by automated means, scrape it, or probe, scan, or stress-test our infrastructure;
- 7. Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, defraud, defame, or endanger anyone, or to violate any law;
- 8. Sell, buy, trade, or facilitate real-money transactions in points, items, accounts, or in-game advantages outside the App;
- 9. Use the Service commercially — including for advertising, promotion, tournaments-for-profit, or data collection — without our prior written consent;
- 10. Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice; or
- 11. Use the Service in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms.
5. Rules of Play and Community Guidelines
Our Community Guidelines are part of these Terms. In summary, and without limitation:
- Operate in public spaces only. Never enter private property, restricted areas, workplaces, schools you do not attend, or anywhere you are not permitted to be, in order to play.
- Never pursue another operative. Do not chase, follow, corner, ambush, trap, restrain, or physically contact anyone. The Game does not require it and does not reward it. There is no elimination and no physical contact mechanic.
- Respect the Signal's distance. Extraction works at ordinary social proximity. Nothing about this Game requires you to get closer to another person than they want you to be.
- Do not use the Service to approach anyone with intent to harass, intimidate, or harm.
- Use Ghost or Off The Grid, or simply close the App, if anything feels wrong.
- Block freely. You may block any operative at any time, for any reason or no reason.
- Report concerning behaviour using the in-app Report function.
- Never play while driving, cycling, or operating machinery, and never play in traffic, on roads or tracks, near water, at heights, or anywhere that requires your attention.
- Obey all laws, including trespass, traffic, curfew, and school and workplace rules.
Violating these rules can result in suspension or permanent deactivation.
6. Detection, Friends, and Blocking
- 1. Detection is mutual and consent-based: you can only detect, and only be detected by, operatives you and they have each accepted as in-game friends. Either of you may remove the other at any time.
- 2. Detection tells a friend only that you are nearby right now — it never reveals where you are, which direction you are in, how to reach you, or where you have been. The Service does not collect or transmit location data.
- 3. Blocking is mutual and immediate at the detection layer: a blocked pair becomes invisible to each other, cannot interact, and receives no notifications about each other.
- 4. Friends lists are capped, and invite acceptance and other social actions are rate-limited to deter abuse.
- 5. We are not responsible for who you choose to add as a friend. Add only people you actually know and trust.
7. In-App Purchases, Points, and Virtual Items
7.1 What you are buying
The Service offers consumable virtual items and in-game currency ("Points" and "Items"). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or handle your payment details. Prices are shown in the App before purchase, in your local currency, and are set by us and displayed via the App Store; they may change at any time.
7.2 Licence, not ownership
Points and Items are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use a digital feature within the Service. They are not your property, not money, not a stored-value or payment instrument, not a security or financial instrument, and not convertible into cash, credit, or anything of value outside the Service. They have no monetary value. You have no ownership interest, and no right to a refund, exchange, or transfer, except as expressly stated here or required by law.
7.3 Consumption, loss, and forfeiture
YEET BOX is a game in which items you hold can be taken from you by other players through normal gameplay. By purchasing an Item you acknowledge and agree that:
- Purchased Items are placed into play and are subject to the same rules as any other item, including being extracted by another operative, being lost, expiring on a timer, being consumed, being discarded by you, or being forfeited on collision;
- Losing an Item in gameplay is the intended function of the Game, not a defect, and is not refundable;
- Points can be lost through gameplay and can floor at zero;
- Consumables are single-use or time-limited and expire whether or not you use them;
- Discarding an Item is permanent and unrefundable;
- Purchases may be subject to per-item cooldowns and other limits, and certain purchases are blocked while you are already carrying an item;
- Items and Points are permanently forfeited without refund if you delete your account or if your account is suspended or permanently deactivated for violating these Terms.
7.4 Delivery, refunds, and cancellations
- Purchases are fulfilled by our servers after Apple validates the transaction. If a purchase is charged but not delivered, contact support@yeetbox.app with your Apple transaction identifier and we will investigate and, where a delivery failure is confirmed, deliver the Item or arrange a remedy.
- All refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's terms, not by us. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
- If Apple refunds or reverses a transaction, we will remove the corresponding Points or Item from your account, and if your balance is insufficient, we may reduce it to zero and/or suspend the account.
- Restore Purchases is available in Settings. Because our products are consumables that are delivered and then consumed in play, restoring re-links your purchase history with Apple; it does not re-grant Items that have already been delivered, used, lost, or consumed.
- EU/UK/EEA consumers: digital content is supplied immediately on purchase. By purchasing, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty digital content are unaffected.
- Purchases may be unavailable in some regions. Where real-money purchases are unavailable, free in-game acquisition of the base tier remains available.
7.5 Suspended accounts
If you are suspended, purchases made during the suspension are queued and fulfilled when the suspension ends. If a queued Points purchase can no longer be paid for from your balance at that time, it is voided and you are notified. Real-money purchases are fulfilled on release. Permanent deactivation forfeits everything, without refund.
7.6 Changes to the economy
We may add, remove, modify, rebalance, reprice, or discontinue Points, Items, tiers, rewards, costs, timers, drop rates, leaderboards, or any other game mechanic at any time, with or without notice, including in ways that reduce the usefulness or value of Items you already hold. Game balance is not a promised feature.
7.7 Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Service other than taxes on our income.
8. Leaderboards, Rankings, and Rewards
Leaderboards, tiers, ranks, streaks, and bonuses are entertainment features. They may be reset, recalculated, corrected, or removed at any time. We may adjust, void, or claw back Points, Items, ranks, or rewards obtained through a bug, exploit, error, fraud, or breach of these Terms, and we may reverse the downstream effects. No prize, cash value, or consideration attaches to any ranking.
9. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination
- 1. Reports. Any operative may report another. Reports are reviewed; safety-flagged reports are prioritised.
- 2. Automated action. Receiving reports from three distinct reporters within 30 days triggers an automatic suspension. Suspensions escalate: 72 hours, then 7 days, then permanent deactivation.
- 3. Manual action. We may warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently deactivate any account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or the law, or that doing so is necessary to protect users or the Service. We may act on a single sufficiently serious report.
- 4. Effect of suspension. While suspended, you cannot be detected, cannot extract, cannot accept invites, and do not accrue Points.
- 5. Effect of permanent deactivation. All Points, Items, statistics, and history are forfeited without refund, and the phone number associated with the account may be barred from re-registration.
- 6. Appeals. Email support@yeetbox.app. A human will review. We aim to respond within 10 business days. Our decision is final, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
- 7. Deliberate ambiguity. To protect users' privacy and safety, some in-app messages do not reveal whether a given operative is blocked, suspended, or has deleted their account. This is intentional.
- 8. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in Settings or by uninstalling the App. Deletion is permanent and forfeits everything in the account.
- 9. We may terminate or suspend the Service — in whole, in part, in any region, or for any user — at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. User Content
"User Content" means anything you submit: your display name, avatar selection, report text, and support correspondence.
- You retain whatever rights you have in your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and use it as needed to operate, moderate, and improve the Service, and to comply with law.
- You represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
- We may remove or modify any User Content at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- Do not include personal information about yourself or anyone else in a display name or report beyond what is necessary.
11. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them for any purpose without compensation, credit, or confidentiality obligation. Do not send us anything you consider confidential or proprietary.
12. SAFETY, PHYSICAL-WORLD RISK, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT DESCRIBES REAL RISKS.
YEET BOX is a game that takes place in the physical world. Play requires you to be near other people. That carries risks that no software can eliminate.
- 1. You are responsible for your own conduct, safety, awareness, and decisions at all times. Be aware of your surroundings. Do not let the Game determine where you go, when you go there, or how you behave toward another person.
- 2. YEET BOX does not facilitate, encourage, endorse, or reward pursuit, physical contact, confrontation, harassment, trespass, or any conduct beyond consensual gameplay in public settings between operatives who have explicitly added each other as friends. There is no chase mechanic, no elimination mechanic, and no contact mechanic. Any such conduct is a violation of these Terms.
- 3. We do not screen, verify, background-check, or vouch for any user. Age is self-attested and cannot be verified. Add as friends only people you know and trust in real life. You are solely responsible for who you allow to detect you.
- 4. We are not responsible for the conduct of other operatives, or of any third party, whether online or offline, including any harassment, stalking, injury, property damage, altercation, criminal act, or other harm arising in connection with gameplay or with any in-person interaction.
- 5. The Agency provides tools — Block, Report, Ghost, Off The Grid, Remove Friend, and account deletion — for you to manage your participation. Use them. If you feel unsafe, stop playing, block the operative, and, if there is any risk of harm, contact local emergency services. YEET BOX is not an emergency service and cannot intervene in a real-world situation.
- 6. Never play while driving, cycling, skating, boating, swimming, or operating any vehicle or machinery. Never play in roadways, rail corridors, construction sites, restricted areas, or private property.
- 7. Do not play where it is prohibited — including schools, workplaces, hospitals, government facilities, airports, or any venue whose rules or operators forbid it.
- 8. Bluetooth proximity detection is inherently imprecise. Signal strength varies with environment, obstruction, orientation, and interference. Detection may be delayed, intermittent, or fail entirely. This is a design feature, not a defect, and you must not rely on the Service to know whether anyone is or is not near you.
- 9. The Service is not a safety, security, tracking, locating, or emergency tool and must not be used as one.
- 10. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION, including risk of personal injury, death, property damage, and harm caused by other users or third parties, and you release us from claims arising from those risks. Nothing in this Section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
13. Device, Connectivity, and Availability
Bluetooth and an internet connection are required. Continuous Bluetooth scanning and background operation will consume battery and may consume mobile data; you are responsible for your carrier charges and for your device. Background operation is subject to iOS scheduling and may be throttled or stopped by the operating system. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, compatible with your device, or available in your region, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Updates may be delivered over the air; some updates are required to keep playing.
14. Intellectual Property
The Service — including the YEET BOX name and marks, the Agency, all game design, mechanics, text, copy, artwork, icons, sounds, code, and structure — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 4, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our names, logos, or marks without our prior written permission.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice under the DMCA to our designated agent: Andrew Dixon, YEET BOX LLC, support@yeetbox.app, 6796 S Langdale St, Unit 308, Aurora, CO 80016, containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We terminate repeat infringers.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on Apple, Google/Firebase, RevenueCat, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services, and we are not responsible for them. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DETECTION WILL BE ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR RELIABLE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT DATA, POINTS, OR ITEMS WILL NOT BE LOST.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. Consumers in the EEA, the UK, and other jurisdictions retain their non-excludable statutory rights.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- 1. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost points or items, loss of goodwill, business interruption, device damage, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, on any theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- 2. We will not be liable for the acts or omissions of other users or third parties, including any real-world interaction, injury, harassment, or harm connected to gameplay.
- 3. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).
- 4. These limitations apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose, and form an essential basis of the bargain between us.
- 5. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this Section may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YEET BOX LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law; (c) your User Content; (d) your conduct toward any other person, online or in the physical world, in connection with the Service; or (e) your violation of any third-party right. We may assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you will cooperate.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- 1. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and excluding the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
- 2. Informal resolution first. Before starting a formal proceeding, you agree to email support@yeetbox.app with a description of the dispute and the relief sought, and to negotiate in good faith for 60 days. This is a condition precedent to arbitration.
- 3. Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before one arbitrator, in Arapahoe County, Colorado, or by telephone/video or on documents at your election. The Federal Arbitration Act governs. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator decides all issues except that a court decides the enforceability of the class action waiver.
- 4. CLASS ACTION WAIVER. You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim must proceed in court and is severed from arbitration.
- 5. JURY TRIAL WAIVER. To the extent any claim proceeds in court, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.
- 6. Small claims exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
- 7. Injunctive relief exception. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorised access or abuse of the Service.
- 8. 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver by emailing support@yeetbox.app with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out," your display name, and a statement that you opt out, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
- 9. Forum. If arbitration does not apply, the exclusive forum is the state and federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
- 10. Consumers in the EEA, the UK, and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections: nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
- 11. Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
20. Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and YEET BOX LLC only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). You acknowledge and agree that:
- 1. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App.
- 2. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our sole responsibility.
- 3. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation, including in connection with the App's use of the HealthKit or HomeKit frameworks (not used by the App).
- 4. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights.
- 5. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- 6. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App.
- 7. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- 8. Our contact information for App-related questions, complaints, or claims: support@yeetbox.app, 6796 S Langdale St, Unit 308, Aurora, CO 80016.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App and/or by push notification and update the "Last Updated" date before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account. Material changes to Section 19 will not apply retroactively to a dispute of which we had notice on the effective date.
22. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them, in whole or in part, without restriction.
- No third-party beneficiaries, except Apple as stated in Section 20.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Notices. We may give notice in the App, by push notification, or by email to any address on file. You give notice to us at support@yeetbox.app.
- Export. You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.
- U.S. Government users. The App is "commercial computer software" under FAR 12.212 and DFARS 227.7202; rights are as granted in these Terms.
- Language. These Terms are drafted in English; any translation is for convenience and English controls, except where local law provides otherwise.
- Survival. Sections 7.2–7.3, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 22 survive termination.
